Refund policy

Returns
We are a small business and happy to take refunds should the product be damaged in anyway or not fit for purpose. We cannot accept at this stage returns as a result of change of mind or any item purchased during any sale period such as EOFY and Black Friday.

Damages during shipping

Should your delivery arrive damaged, please make contact with us immediately. You may be required to provide photos of the damage. This will help us rectify the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible with the courier company.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The return payment may take 3 - 5 working days to show in your account.
